We urge you to read this Privacy Policy carefully and to check back periodically as this Privacy Policy may change form time to time. Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies or websites which are not owned or controlled by BAA.
About The Information We Collect
BAA's top priority is to provide a highly secure, user-friendly service that helps our Customers be more productive. To meet these priorities, BAA collects several pieces of personal information required for user authentication, billing and security, including: credit card number, billing name and address, e-mail address, password, and phone number for occasional support and account verification purposes. We collect this information when a customer sets up an account (trial or paid) and when a customer purchases our services. When a Customer requests additional information or subscribes to our service we may also ask for additional optional personal information such as company annual revenue, BlackBerry® model(s), wireless carrier, among other things. The Customer can opt-out of providing this additional information by simply not supplying it when requested. Customers who have paid for our service can log-in to the "My Account" section of our websites at any time to change or update their personal information. Customers can view their My Account profile and make sure that their information has been updated.
How We Use Personal Information
BAA uses the information collected to provide software, services and information to our Customers. We may use this information when we contact Customers who have expressed an interest in our Product or Company, and we may use this information to send our 'opt-in' Customers information about our Company or our marketing partners. Our Customer information is stored by BAA in secure databases on secure websites.
Separately, those customers who try or subscribe to our service are requested to provide an e- mail address, first name, last name, phone number and password to register for the service. We may send trial Customers information about subscribing to the service to which they can also "Opt-Out." Paid Customers may be contacted via e-mail regarding product updates or information about the Company and will receive our Customer Newsletter.
Customers can opt out of receiving any information via e-mail by responding to any e-mail communication with "unsubscribe" or sending an e-mail to info@buell-associates.ca.
Except when we state at the time of collection of information or where any of our Contact Service Agreement states, we do not share any Customer personal information ("Information") with any third parties. BAA uses a third party processor to perform the credit card verification, processing and billing. This third party processor is not allowed to store or use the Information we gather except for Customer credit verification and billing purposes. This processor is not permitted to sell or distribute the Information to anyone for any purpose.

Surveys
From time-to-time our site requests information from Customers via surveys. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of our services.
Security
We take every precaution to protect our Customers' information. When Customers submit sensitive information, their information is protected both online and off-line.
When our registration/order form asks Customers to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when users are just'surfing'. To learn more about SSL, follow this link http://www.geotrust.com/about.htm.
While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. The servers that store personally identifiable information are in a secure environment, behind a locked door in a locked facility. If users have any questions about the security at our Website, users can send an email to info@buell-associates.ca.
Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement, with a link from the www.buell-associates.ca homepage, and other places we deem appropriate so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
If, however, we are going to use users' personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection we will notify users via email.
